  How to enable email relay on

To complete the implementation you must configure to relay email through our outbound gateways. Please follow the instructions below to enable the relay.

  • Log into as a user with Admin rights
    • From the User Menu, select Setup
    • In the Quick Find field, type Email Administration
    • Select Email Relay Activation
    • From the Email Relay Activation menu
      • Email Host
        • Enter
      • Port
        • Enter 25
      • TLS Setting
        • Select Preferred
      • Restrict Relay To Domains
        • Leave blank
      • Active
        • Click to enable
      • Click Save

Once you have completed the above steps, it is suggested you test email deliverability.
