NOTE:  To enable the ability to reset a password, the person resetting the password must have already completed their password registration.

To start this process, click on Password Reset Registration.

Next, from the Password Recovery Portal, fill in the full email address as the user name and the account password. Click Login to continue.

Now that you are logged in, you must add and confirm a secondary email address for sending the password reset information.  Also, the password recovery process requires three security questions on file, so choose three questions and provide the answer for each one.

(Answers are case-sensitive)

Click Submit.

The system will generate a time-sensitive email to the secondary email account.

Go to the secondary email account and click on the link in the Password Recovery Email Verification message.

The link will go to the Password Recovery Portal and confirm that your registration is complete. You now have the ability to reset your password.
