  Outlook For Mac Email Setup - SmarshConnect

First, click on the Outlook icon from the Apple Dock.

Once you launch Outlook, click on the Tools menu and select Accounts.

Under the Accounts window, click on Exchange Account.

Next, fill in the Exchange Account email address.


Select User Name and Password as the Authentication method.

Fill in the user name as your full email address.

Fill in the email password. (If you don't know the password, the Authorized User for your company can give it to you).

Make sure Configure Automatically is left unchecked.


Fill in server information. (The server information for your account is provided in the email that Smarsh sent to you).

When you finish filling in all the account information, click Add Account.

If all the information is correct, the email address is added to Outlook and you can start sending and receiving email.
