To access your email account over the web, go to:
If you are using your own computer, select "This is a private computer". This will ensure that your login session will remain active all day, until you log out. If you are logging in from someone else's computer, select "This is a public or shared computer".
If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, you'll have an option to use Outlook Web Access Light. Leave this box unchecked. (If you are using a different browser, such as Firefox or Safari, only the Light version is available, which has fewer features).
Enter your email address and password, and click Log On.

If you're using Microsoft Entourage for Mac:
Microsoft Entourage 2008 Web Services Edition is supported. If you have Microsoft Office 2008 and your version of Entourage is older than v13, you must download the Entourage Web Services Edition upgrade from Microsoft. Entourage 2004 is not supported.
If you're using Apple Mail on Mac OS X 10.6 ("Snow Leopard"):
Mail is supported on Mac OS X 10.6 ("Snow Leopard"). If you are using an older version of Mac OS X, you can access your email using IMAP or POP3, but we recommend upgrading to Mac OS X 10.6 or using Microsoft Entourage 2008 Web Services Edition for full Exchange support.

If your mobile device allows you to set up an Exchange account, you can use the ActiveSync server listed above. Otherwise, we recommend using the IMAP protocol to synchronize your mail. See the documentation for your mobile device for more information.

What is my password?
Your password was set when your email account was created, and should have been provided to you. If you have never changed your password, ask your company administrator who set up the account for you what the default password is. We recommend changing your password to something unique that only you know.
If you don't know your password, your company administrator who set up your account should be able to reset it for you. If they are not able to help, please call Smarsh Support for assistance.
How do I change my password?
1) Log onto our webmail site at https://webmail.smarshmail.com/owa
2) Click "Options" at the top, then click "Change Password" in the menu on the left
3) Enter your old password, then enter and confirm your new password
4) Click the Save button at the top
5) If you also use an email program such as Microsoft Outlook, or a mobile device such as a Blackberry or iPhone, you will need to update your password there. In most cases, you will be prompted to enter your password the next time you check your email; if not, you may need to edit the account settings to change the password.
